  • The order was lost in transit, and tracking confirms it was never delivered.
  • The package was delivered to the wrong address due to a shipping error on our part.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

b. Returns and Refunds Within 30 Days
